Our personnel

Quality begins long before deployment

Our personnel and specialists are certified and have passed strict vetting and background checks. Every officer is trained in:

  • Access control & gate management
  • Emergency response & incident reporting
  • Fire prevention & basic first aid
  • Defensive tactics & customer relations

Patrols, supervision & appearance

Visible patrols at unpredictable intervals keep a deterrent presence. Uniforms are clean and pressed, shoes polished. Supervisors run routine and surprise inspections, and every incident is logged and reported promptly.

24-hour control room

Our control room and command centre, run by seasoned security professionals, gives you immediate emergency response, live links between guards, supervisors and management, and real-time incident reporting.

No lone guards on exposed sites

We don't post a single operative per shift unless the facility sits inside a well-secured gated estate, and only with due consideration and the client's undertaking. It keeps officers safe and accountable.

Full responsibility

We take full responsibility for the conduct and discipline of our personnel. All staff are covered by liability and indemnity insurance, protecting both you and us during service delivery.

Implementation plan

How we work with you

We partner with every organisation in a systematic and transparent way. This is the order we follow, from first visit to ongoing service.

  1. 1

    Site survey & risk assessment

We inspect your site and identify threats, gaps and vulnerabilities.

  2. 2

    Security plan & assignment instructions

We design the deployment and write clear post orders.

  3. 3

    Your review & approval

You review the plan, and we refine it with you.

  4. 4

    Contract agreement

Scope, terms and pricing are formally agreed.

  5. 5

    Recruitment & specialised training

Officers are selected, vetted and trained for your site.

  6. 6

    Deployment of personnel

Your team takes post, supervised from day one.

  7. 7

    Supervision, evaluation & improvement

Inspections, reports and reviews keep standards high.

Why choose FSSL

Built to remove the usual risks of outsourced security

Seen from a board or investment committee, outsourcing security usually carries the same five risks:

  • Poorly vetted and underpaid guards
  • Weak supervision and accountability
  • High personnel turnover
  • A reactive security posture
  • Reputational exposure after an incident

Military-grade discipline & leadership

Our retired-military-led structure ensures command accountability, operational discipline and defined rules of engagement.

Risk-based deployment

No one-size-fits-all guarding. Every service is tailored after a formal risk assessment.

Personnel welfare & stability

Competitive pay reduces attrition, insider threats and the compromise risks common with low-cost providers.

Governance & oversight

Strong supervision, reporting discipline and a 24-hour command structure give real operational control and escalation.

Conflict prevention

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) built into our advisory work settles disputes early, before they become violence, litigation or disruption.

Regulatory compliance

NSCDC licensing, CAC registration, structured vetting, insurance and documented procedures protect you from regulatory and legal exposure.
